Los adjetivos en inglés se pueden clasificar en las siguientes categorías: Determinativos, Calificativos, Cuantitativos, Gentilicios, Participios, Compuestos, Numerales, etc. Aquí también veremos los intensificadores de adjetivos, los comparativos, superlativos y cómo se realizan las comparaciones en inglés.
Los adjetivos que aquí veremos son los descritos como calificativos, los cuales como su nombre lo indica califican al sustantivo, es decir, indican una cualdiad del mismo, por lo tanto se ubican detrás del sustantivo. Por ejemplo : “A beautiful house”, donde la palabra beautiful es el adjetivo y house el sustantivo.
